Bec completed a 2 year full time dance course, during this she was introduced to contemporary dance and different ways of connecting through the body. During her full time training, Bec was asked to perform as a soloist in PROJECTion Dance Company’s tour to New Zealand. In December 2010, Rebekah graduated from her 2 year course and was offered a contract with PROJECTion Dance.  Bec's favourite style of dance is Lyrical. I started dancing when I was 5 but later took a break to play sports then started getting back into dancing in 2014 when I started cheerleading at HDS, then began competing not long after. This will be my second season with HDS.I just completed my VCE and have my cert III in Dance. This year I am studying my Cert IV in Dance Teaching and Studio Management. I have been teaching hip hop at different studios in the area for the past two years as it’s my favourite style.I work well with kids and in 2017 I was a finalist at the Red Carpet Youth Awards in the Performing Arts and Youth Ambassador sections for my dance teaching work. I’m looking forward to getting the chance to teach at another school because each studio has a different environment.
